On 22 September 2022, Dr. Soawapak Hinjoy, Director of the Office of International Cooperation(OIC) asked Dr. Darika Kingnate, OIC Advisor, for welcoming a study visit from PSI and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to exchange experiences on of disease prevention and control projects of the Department of Disease Control such as the International Emergency Operations Center (iEOC) project to study the system of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
The Office of International Cooperation is an agency under the Department of Disease Control that supports the operations on disease and health hazards of various agencies inside and outside the country, the iEOC project is one example project that aims to develop the capacity of personnel to cope with above health treats, Dr. Darika said. In addition, Dr. Mo, representative of the Mekong Basin Disease Surveillance (MBDS) cooperation presented the history and activities of MBDS and the Infodemic Management for Public Health course developed to improve capacity in responding and managing information in the age of digital which is one of the activities of the iEOC project.

วันที่ 22 กันยายน 2565 สัตวเเพทย์หญิง ดร.เสาวพักตร์ ฮิ้นจ้อย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ มอบหมายสัตวเเพทย์หญิงดาริกา เก่งเนตร ที่ปรึกษาสำนักงานความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจาก PSI เเละมูลนิธิบิลและเมลินดาเกตส์ (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation) เพื่อเเลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์เรื่องของโครงการป้องกันควบคุมโรคของกรมควบคุมโรค อาทิ โครงการ International Emergency Operations Centre (iEOC) ระบบของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการในภาวะฉุกเฉิน (EOC)
สพ.ญ. ดาริกา กล่าวว่า สำนักงานความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศเป็นหน่วยงานภายใต้กรมควบคุมโรคที่คอยสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในเเละภายนอกประเทศเรื่องโรคเเละภัยสุขภาพ โครงการ iEOC เป็นหนึ่งโครงการตัวอย่างที่มุ่งพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรเพื่อรับมือกับโรคเเละภัยสุขภาพ นอกจากนี้ Dr. Moe Ko Oo ผู้เเทนจาก Mekong Basin Disease Surveillance (MBDS) ได้นำเสนอความเป็นมาเเละกิจกรรมของ MBDS เเละหลักสูตร Infodemic Management for Public Health ที่ร่วมพัฒนาเพื่อพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการรับมือเเละจัดการกับข่าวสารในยุคของดิจิตัล ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในกิจกรรมของโครงการ iEOC
